I first started with Nichole 4 years ago.
I can say with certainty that she is the best coach I have ever had. I’ve had a lot of coaches over the years but she beats them all. Nichole’s commitment to continuing education and research makes her an absolute expert with the human body and creating a program for ANYONE!
I am realizing that one of my main issues is eating too fast. I have been working three times a day on slowing down and I sure don’t have it licked yet. But I am in the process of becoming slower. I love the fact-based information that the instructors are giving me. The exercises that my coach has given me are actually leading me to be able to walk better, and I wasn’t sure I was ever going to be able to.
If Nichole had not been guiding me I know without a doubt I would have returned to bulimia, but her nutrition advice is so good I’ve been able to follow it. I haven’t lost weight (but I am not overweight either), but I’m eating healthier then I every have and I am not acting on my eating disorder – all this at 78 years old!
The key thing about this program is that I am 100% confident that these folks know what they’re doing. This is not a fast diet.
